Wasaga Beach businesswoman Faye Ego has received official word that she will be appearing on CBC's Dragons' Den on Mon., Dec. 1 at 8 p.m.
In July, the Wasaga Sun featured an article about Ego's audition. Since then Ego has been sworn to secrecy about what had happened on the CBC set when she faced five cutthroat investors, asking them to invest in her online business Echostone.
Echostones are ornaments made of Lucite, a clear, hard acrylic substance that encases a miniature urn containing the ashes of a deceased person or pet. Each one is made individually and many also have a pewter nameplate and figurine, lock of hair or photograph.
