Creemore Springs Brewery Ltd., announced recently that its Traditional Pilsner is now available year-round in 12-pack bottles at The Beer Store.

Launched last year in honour of the brewery's 20th anniversary, Traditional Pilsner started as a spring and summer season beverage that was available at select LCBO stores, bars and restaurants.

"Traditional Pilsner is proving to be another locally-produced favourite among consumers," director of sales and marketing Karen Gaudino said.

"The demand has grown steadily since we launched and we're so pleased to be able to increase its availability through The Beer Store as well."

Brewmaster Gordon Fuller and Creemore's brewing team created the classic beer style, which they say is similar to the original pilsners first brewed in 1842 in the Czech Republic.

The crisp, hoppy, fire-brewed interpretation has been well received due to its smooth drinkability and sweet, malty character, Fuller said.

The beer comes in a 341-millilitre bottle.
